Introspection in the form of honest questioning is part of the path of Jnana Yoga. When done properly with discernment it aids one in debunking the ego energy veils that causes one to see themselves and others in only their lower body forms.
What transpires in a person’s mind to make them sit in the seat of judgment with pejorative connotations about another being?
What does it take to transmute that energy into discernment of teaching via data and action?
What must one do if they encounter beings that refuse to accept anything but their own ignorance?
By asking these 3 questions and preparing oneself; one will be at a better place of preparedness and not fumble around in the corridors of self doubt which only thicken the energy veils. Know there are many ways to act and thus answer these questions. Choose the few for each you are most likely to act on and do it.
The ripple effect to cause an affect will only happen with action.
